Injury Assessment + Treatment

Service Description

With over 15 years of working with world champion swimmers we are experts in diagnosing and fixing the specific injuries that affect swimmers. Be it, 'Fly' back, 'Breast' knee or 'Free' shoulder, we will assess your injury, find the cause and help you fix it. We will give you treatment in your session and also teach you how to self-treat and prevent further episodes to ensure the issue goes away and stays away. We will also advise on changes you may need to make to your pool training in order to get rid of the issue fast.
